City of Mexico, June 20.- Dispatches from tt State oí Guanajuato report tbat ths Lcon rrser has risen one meter and twenty centimeters. A number of houses tn the cities of Leon and Sllao have been carried away and njany persons drowned. Large number of cattle have also been drowned. Unusually severa rains arerfported from all parts ot the country.
