Will Prosecute Moore's Lynchers

Mattoox, 111., July 14. - A special term of the Coles County circuit court has been ordered by Judge Hughes, to begin August 5, forthe purpose of prosecuting those who participated in the illegal hanging of William Moore at Charleston on June 36. John M. Forbes has eiven 1,000 shares of railway stock to the Massachusetts Instl tut of Technology. The gift is equivalent to $50,006.
