Partnership Dissolved

The Register has a "scoop" on its contemporaries in announcing that the firmof Kittredge & Holmes was yesterday disaolved. Howard M. Holmes retires from the flrm and business, and Jvendall Kittredge is the sole owner. Mr. Holmes will remain in The Register office for a short time at least. The Register has steadily" grown during the year in influence and popularity, as testified by its increasing circulation; and is determined to merit such favor more and more by fearlessly giving the local news and by fresh, healthful comment upon the leading features of the times. ■.
