New York, Sept 13.- Prof. Richard A. Proctor, the eminent astronomer, (lied ia thi9 city last evening with yellow fever. He had recently returned from his winter home at Oaklawn, Fla., bringingthegerma of the disease with him. He was 51 years of age. His family is in Florida.
