War On The Sugar Trust

Nbw Yokk, Oct. 9.- Judge OBrien, in the Snpreme Court, granted permissioi to Attorney-General Tabor, of this State, to bring action to annul the charter of the Havemeyer & Eider Sugar Company, on the ground that by joining the trust it forfeits its corporate rights.
