Little Rock, Ark., Feb. 5. - General Fowell Clayton and Judfre VV H. H. Olayton, brothers of John M. Clayton, who was assassinated at Plummerville on the night of January 20, have Usued a lengthy statement in whicli they claim that their brother was killed becauseof his eflorts to ferret out ballotrbox frauds.
