In order to instil in the mtn ds of our youth a deeper reverenoo for this country and lts instltutions, and following the pood example set by our ilster State of Pennsylvania, to enact by lavr that the American flag and none other be dtaplayed during school hours on every schoolhonse and educational bulldtnü supported by public moneys thvougbout th State, and that none but the American and municipal flag be hoisted on any public building wlthin the State."
