Colcmbia, S. C, April 16.- Williara C. Williams and Harrison Heyward, both colored, who wero under sentence of death for lynching Manse Waldruji, a white man, who had outraed a young colored girl, canstng her death, have been granted a full und nnconditional pardon by the Governor.
