Y., April 1G.- Manager BobZnson of the International Exposltlon haa secured a novel attraction, a human skyrocket, the handicraft of Mr. Edselle, of Callao, Peru, formerly of the United Statea navy. f lis model has Ijeen succesafully experiniented with in South America, and a brother in Minneapolls has flled a eaveat. Sitr. Camarara made the initlal trip. The apparatus contrista of a combination of rocket of immense power, with a parachute attachnient, which f olds over the apex.
