Winnipeo, Man., April 27.- Farmer MoLeod, of Hisrh Bluff, a little settlement near this city, Thursday nlghfc whila in a fit of despondency over financial difflculties, killed hls e ght-year-old daughter and fatally woumled nis son with an axe, and then committed suicide by cutting hii throat.
