Nbw Yobk, May 13. - Ex-CongTessman Lyman E. Basa died at the Hotel Bueklngliaxn Saturday afternoon of coumunptton and heart failure. He was 51 years old. He was a partner of President Cleveland, and was district attorney of Erie Countr N.T.,from 1871 to 1875.
