Tokonto, Ont, June 29. -Canadian millers have called a mass-rneeting here to protest againt the action of Parliament in refusing to protect them against American mlUers. The duty on flour is flfty cents a barrel, while tho duty on the amount oí wheat neoessary to inake a barrel of Öoui is about sixty-seren cents, a olear discrimination in favor of the American millers of about seventeen cents a barrel
