Jones has issued a cali to "all who desire to aid in reorganizing the National Greenback party on the principies once advocated by Peter Cooper, and by many of the wisest men and ableBt newspapers in both of the oíd parties," in which they are requested to íneet in their respective States and Congressional distrlcts on or betore September 4, 1889, and appoint one delégate and one altérnate to attend the National Green, back convention heretoforecalledto meet at Cincinnati, O., on Thurisdav, September 12 1889.
