Fall Of The Bastile

Pabis, July 15.- The lOüth anniversary of th lall of the ba.stile was celebrated by public meetings and totes in Paris and throuehout the proïinces. Transparencies bearlng representations of General Boulanger were displayed in the windows of the League of Patriota and at other Boulangist resorts. These devtces called forth a few hootings from paisersby, but the day passed off without disturbances of any kind. The fireworks at the tetes Sunday evening were somewhat marred by rain, but the Palace de la Concorde, the Champa Elysees, the Bois de Boulogne, the Eiffel tower and the Trocadero palaoe were a blaze of light At midnight thoueands of persons thronged the Bois de Boulogne, and there were no signs of any abatemeut of the fun. A brilliant review of the troops was held during the day at Long Champa. President Carnot was heartily greeted by the great crowds that gathered to witness the Bight.
