Minneapolis, Minn., Aug. 1(3.- The aubsidiary high court of the Andeut Order of Forestara on Thuraday voted to sever all connectlon with the high court of England and organizo as an American high court The differencea arose over the admission oí colored men to the order, the Engltsh high court insisting on lt and the Americana objecting. The vote on the declaration of independence developed a half dozen opponents, but it was carried. On the opening of the af ternoon session the eix who voted against the declaration of Independence withdrew thetr votea and made lt unanimous. It was voted not to eend any notification of their action to England. There waa some dlscuasion over the adoption of a name for the new order, but flnally agreed upon the "Ancient Order of Forestera of America."
