To Free The Anarchists

Springfield, 111., Sept 24.- The attorneys for the Anarchists, Schwab, Fielden and Neebe, who are doing time in the penitentiary lor complicity in the Haymarket massacre, have made several visita to this city of late for the purpose of Becuring a writ of error frora the State Supreme Conrt to the Supreme Court of the United States. They ask an amendment of the record In the case by taking out the words ''Come now the parties," so as to show (what is the f act) that the parties were not in court in person when the decisión of the court wa9 announced. It is not known what the court will do In the case, but it is said that it has never been the practica of that body to have parties to a case present in announcing ita decisions.
