Baltimore, Md., Sept. ".'.- Sunday afternoon Cardinal Gibbons laid the cornerstone of the Church of 8t. Stanislau Kostka, for a Polish congregatlon. The Cardinal made an address to the Polea. He congratulated them ior cominsr írom a land of oppression to this country of civil and relijflous liberty, and appealed to them to put one hand on anarchy and the other on tyranny in every form, and to bo good citizens.
