Present: J. VVillard Babbitt, Judgeof Probate. In the matter of the estáte of William W. Wines, deceased. On reading and flling the petition duly verifled of Elizabeth H. Wines, praying ihat a certain instrument now on .Ie in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased , may be admitted to probate, and that administra - tion of said estáte may pe granted to herself as executrix.or to some other suitable person.
