Present: J. VVillard Babbitt, Judgeof Probate. In the matter of the estáte of William W. Wines, deceased. On reading and flling the petition duly verifled of Elizabeth H. Wines, praying ihat a certain instrument now on .Ie in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased , may be admitted to probate, and that administra - tion of said estáte may pe granted to herself as executrix.or to some other suitable person. Thereupou it is ordered that Monday, the 27th day of January next, at ten o'cock in the forenoon, be assignedfor the hearing or said petition, and that the devisees. legatees and heirs at law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor and show cause if any there be, why the prayerof the petitioner should not be granted.
