Des Moraga, la., Jan. 14. - Tho Legislatura met yesterday afternoon, but owing to a deadlock in the House over the Speakership the inauguration ol Governor-elect lioies was deferred. Tho Senate effected a teraporary organization without any trouble and adjourned until to-day.
