Philadelphia, Jan. 17. - The nonpartisan element of the Christian Temperance Union revolted at a meeting held here Thursday and f ormed. a new organization free from partisan politics and particularly from the influence of the Prohibition party. Cfflcerswere elected and a committee ompowered to draw up a constitution.
