Detroit, Mich., Feb. 1. - A preliminary report was made yesterday by tlie committee in this city auditing the accounts of Dr. O'Reillv, of the Irish National League. It shows receipts since the Chicago convention of 1886, to January 1 last, of 1357,938; remitted to Ireland, 8237,248; expenses, 522,225; balance, January 1, 520,335.
