All the States and Territories will elect Representatives to Congress this year. Besides these, offices are to be fllled as follows: Alabama elects (Aug. 4 Governor, Secretarj of State, Treasurer, Auditor, Attrney-G6nerl and Legislatura. Arkansüs elects (Sept. 1) Governor, Secretary of State, Treasurer, Auditor, Attorney-General and Legislature.
