Nasuvili-k, Tenn., July 19.- Hon. John P. Buchanan, president of the State Farmers' Alliance, was nominated for Governor in the State Democratie convention Friday by acclamation. Messrs. Tay'.or and Patterson withdrew in the interest of harmony. Buchanan is a farmer, has been a member of the Legislature three times, and is the candidate of the Farmers' Alliance for Governor. 11e lives near Murfreesboro, Rutherford Coiinty.
