A Foreign Bank Fails

New Yokk, Sept. 22.- It is offloially announced that the Bank of the Cape óf Good Hope has faíled. The liabilitiea are L8,000,000;capital stock, L700,000;deposits, L2,500,000. The bank is located at Cape Town, the chief point for South African trade.
