STATE OF MICHIGAN, 1 COUNTY OF WASHTENAW, J m Notlee is hereby giren, that by an order of the Probate Court tor the County of Washtenaw, made on the 17th day of October, A. D. 1890, six months from that date were allowed for credltors to present their claims against the estáte of Kendall Kittredge, late of said county, deceased, and that all credltors of said deceased are required to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or before the 17th day ol April next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court, on Saturday, the 17th day of January, and on Friday, the 17th day of April next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of sald days. Gregory and Albina A. Gregory his wife, to James Morwlck, bearing date April9, A. D., 1879, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Washtenaw County, Michigan, on the ninth day of April, A. D., 1879 in Liber 56 of Morlgages on page 592, which mortgage was assigned by said James Morwick to Charles E. Latimer by assignment dated April 16, A. D., 1879, and recorded in said Replster's office in Liber 55 of .Mortgages on page 574, as collateral security as therein specifled; and said mortgage was also assigned by said James Morwick to said Charles E. Xatimer by assignment dated August 29, A. D. 1881. and recorded in said Register's office in Liber 7 of Assignments of Mortgages on page 224, as collateral security as therein specifled; and said mortgage was also assigned by said Charles E. Latimer to said James Morwick by assignment dated December 29, A. D., 1882, and recorded in said Register's office in Liber 7 of Assignments of Mortgages on page 546; and said mortgage was also assigned bysatd James Morwick to James D. Duncan by assignment dated July 5, A. D., 1881, and recorded in said ' Register's office in Liber 8 of Assignments of Mortgages on page 303, and whereas said mortgage contains the usual Insurance and tax clauses, and said James D. Duncan has been obliged to pay and has paid, for Insurance and tax es upon the mortgaged premisos described in said mortgage the sum of serenty-four dollars, and whereas by said default the power of sale contained in said mortgage has become operative, and no suit or proceeding in law or equity haring been instituted to recorer the debt secured by said mortgage or any part thereof, and the sum of eighteen hundred and tweuty-three dollars including the said sum paid for Insurance and taxes as aforesaid, being now claimed to be due upon said mortgage: Notice is therefore hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises therein described or some part thereof, to-wit: All of the following described land situated in the City of Ann Arbor in the County of Washtenaw and State ol Michigan, riz: Lots No. one (1), three (3), fire (5), eight (8) and nine (9) in Block No. twelre (12) in Hiscock's Addition to the said City of Ann Arbor, accordlng to the recorded plat thereof, at public rendue on the fourteenth Jay of Norember next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the Huron street entrance to the Court House in the City of Ann Arbor in said County of Washtenaw, that being the place of holding the CircuitCourt in said Couniy.
