DeNVEB, Col., Jan. 5.- The honeymoon of lïanker Dow's son and Millie Price, the actress, who were married here Friday night, carne no:ir ending in a doublé murder Sunday night. Dow's íather has refused to have any to do with him or aid him financially. He was to have left hcre this morning with tlic company, and several creditr ors, hearing of this, had the younif raan arrested on a charge of obtaining goods under falso pre tenses. The trial vas set Wednesday, vvhich made itneeessary for him to rem;iin behind, but he intended to join his wile and the company at Salt Lakc City. Sunday nig-ht the couple rctired to their room at the Windsor Hotel about 10 o'clock. Two hours later the door was thrown open and Mrs. Dow rushed down the hall, ciad in her night robe, sereaming murder at the top of her voice. Several gnests hurried Lnto the hall just in time to see the husband emerge from his room and fire a shot from his revolver at his fleeing wife. Seeinj that he had failed to hit her, he re-entered his room and attempted to blow his brains out, but the bullet' flew wide of its mark and he was overpowered before he could make a second attempt. No one knows of the trouble, but it was probably over raoney matters. This couplo have beaten the record. They met for the first time on Thursday morniug of last week„ were mamed Friday morning and practioally riivoreed on Sunday cvening.
