Itesolntions of Condolcucc. At the regular meeting of the StThomas Branch C. M.B. A. the following resolutions were adopted: Wiiereas, It has pleased Almighty God, in His infinite wisdom to remove from our midst our late brother, Thomas P. Bonner,and byhisdeath this branch has lost a devoted member, Resolved, That the members of this branch tender to the devoted wife and children of the deceased our sincere regret in this ailliction at the loss of one who was at the same time a dutiful husband and kind father. Be it further Resolved, That our charter be draped and prayers be offered for the repose of his soul at our regular meetings for thirty days, and a copy of these resolutions be sent to the familyof onr late brother, Thomas P. Bonner and published in our weekly papers. Geo. Hangsterfer, Geg. Fisher, John Eisele, Committee. The Sewing Machine club organized by J. F. Schuli igfolL Thefirst machine was received by Mrs. Jerome Freeman, at $2 00, and the second by John Sedna, for $3.00, for a splendid new White machine. This plan buying a machine is far cheaper, and better, and easier than theold plan. You pay $1.00 per week and eet. the best machine at from $2.00 to $;S1.00. The regular price on these machines is $45.00. Mr. Scbuh is now ready to tako names for the second club. lf you intend to buy a machine in the next yenr it will pay you to join the club at once. You have your choice of Domestic, White, Davis or New Home, at J. F. 'Schub, Ann Arbor, or E. M. Curtís, Ypsilanti, 838 Jiotlce. Tlie annual meeting of the stockholdois of the First National Bank of Anr Arbor for the election of directors wil be held at their banking house on Tuesday, Jauuary l;!th, 1891.
