F.Spafard, of Manchester and Andrevv T. Hughes were reelected. II. C. Reeves, J. V. Wing and F. C. Braun we re unanimously reelected aoditors. Coueiderable discussion was held over th matter of assessments, whkcfa grew quite warm at times.
