Louisvii.LE, Ky., Aug. 4. - Kentucky on Monday elected a full state ticket, adopted a constitutiou and chose a legislature. The democrats elected their candidates by ntajorties ranging from 20,000 to 40,000. The new constitution carried with a sweep and the majority for it is placed at anything froiu 50,060 to 100,000. The people's party polled about 20,000. These came mostly from the republicau party and from the cities.
