Cleveland, O., Aug. 11. - The new city directory just issued contains 99,825 ñames. Using three as a multiple, which is a lower multiple thuu is used in most cities, this shows a population of ifl'J, 475. Last year's directory contained 9'J,49I ñames and the population then was estimated at 277,496.
