Washinoton, Aug. 17.- Discovery day, October 11, this year falls on Sunday, and in recognition of the fact the pan-republic congress executive committee have called upon the ministers and teachers throughout the world to tftke as their text that day the words from Leviticus Ï5: 10 - "Proclaim liberty throughout the land to all the inhabitants thereof." They also request that the subjeot matter of their disoourse shall be the discoyery of Amerioa, what the results of this have been to the world and its promises for the future.
