Broke The Record On The Rail

Buffalo, N. Y., Si-pt. 15.- The New York Central on Monday broke all records of fast time for long runs of passenger trains on railways on either side of the Atlantic. A special train composed of one of the company's new standard passenger engines, weighing 200,000 pounds. and three private car weighing 260,003 pounds, made the run of 436K miles from Xew York to East Buffalo in 440 minutes, including three stops, one of which occupied7)i minutes.
