Kew York, Dec. 1, - A careful estimate of the net loss resul tinf from the failure of Field. Bindley & Co. is now placed at ?800,000, of which j-400,000 will fall on the Union Pacific Company. As an offset to this loss there is in investment made bv the firm in sug-ar refincries estimated at .$300,000.
