Order of Publicntion. STATE OF MICHIGAN. The Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit in Chaneery. Bult pending in the Circuit Court for the County of Washienaw in Chaneery at Ann Arbor on the Slxth day of June A. D., 1Í93. Wherein Benjamin F. Bailey and Henry B. Eiller are eomplainants and Sarah E. Brinkerhoff, Cora Ballen. Frederick A. Brinkerhoff and Walter Facey are defeadants. In this canse it appearing from the return of the sheriff and from offidavit on ffie that said defendant w alter Facey Is not a resident of Ihls state but is a resident of Chicago in the state of Illiaois, therefore on Motlon of Nrah W Cheever, Solicitor for complainants it Is ordered that said defendant Waltei Facey enter hiB appearance in said cause on or before four months from the date of this order, and that within twenty days the complainants cause this order to be published In the Ann Arbor Register, a Newspaper printed, published and circulating In said county, said publicaron to be coutinued once in each week ior Six weeks in fuccession. KEAKN6, Defeudant. J Suit pending in the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw in Chaneery, at Ann Arbor, Michigan, or the First Day of June, A. D., 1893. In this cause it appearing from affidavit on file, that the defendant Michael J. Kearns, is not a resident of this State, but resides at Toledo, in the State of Ohio, on motiou of John W, Beimett, Petitioner's Solicitor, it is ordered the said Defendant Michael J. Kearns cause hls appearance to be entered herein, within three months from the date of this order, and in rase of hie appearance that he cause bis answer to the Petition of said Mary Kearns to be flled, and a copy thereof be served on said Petltioner'sSolicitor.within twenty days atter service on him of a copy of said bill and not ice of this order; and thtft in default thereof, said bill be taken ssconfessedby the said nonresident Defendant, Michael J. Keariis. And it is further ordered, that within twenty days the sairt petitioner cause a notlce of this ordur to be published in the Afin Arbor Register a news paper printed, published aud circulating in said couuty, and that such publlcation be continued there at least once in each week, for six weeks in succession, or that she cause a copy of this order to be personally tserved on said non-resident Defendant, at least twenty days before the time above nresenbed for his appearanee.
