James H. Walker & Co. Fail

Chicago, Aug. 5.- The James H. Walker company, wholesale and retail dealers in dry goods, was placed in the hands of receivers Friday. The estiïnated liabüities are f2,400,000, with assets difficult to determine, but said to be as large as the liabüities. The order of the court provides for a continuation of the business as heretofore.
