Spokank, Wash., Sept. 27.- Operations have been resumed at the Bunker HUI and Sullivan mines in the Cceur d'Alene district under the terms offered by the company- 3 50 per day for miners and $8 for carmen and shovelers. The forcé will be increased as rapidly as possible until a full forcé of 400 men is secured. The Gem, Helena and Frisco mines at Gem will resume work within a few days, employing 300 men, at the same wages. All the other mines in the Coeur d'Alene are expecte 1 to resume under this arrangement, the Knights of Labor miners and the Miners' union haying sanctioned the ftction of the men in returning to work. Within a week over 1,000 men now idle will be at work. A jubilee isin progresa in several of the mining towns.
