New York, Sept. 27. - Lord Dunraven met the cup convention at the New Yovk Yacht clubhouse Tuesday. The hour for the races, the arrangements for the start and finish and other details were fully gone over, and after two hours discussion were amicably arranged. For some reason the conimittee decided it would be injudicions to make tliein public at present.
