Buenos Ayres, Sept. 27.- The newspaper La Nación of this city has made itself offensive to the government, and au official order has been issued suspending the publication of the paper tor a week. The telegrnphic service to an:l from the interior has been stopped and the wildest sort of minors consequently gain credeoce. One rumor to the effect that the teleraph lines have been cut by the rebels, in order to prevent the government eonimunicating with its forces in the field, but as this presupposes that the insurgents have got in the rear of the national army it is not generally credited here. Another report and a far more serious one, is that the naval forces are likely to declare in favor of the rebels. Shoüld this be the case the situation of the government would be greatly complica ted. Senor Cane, an ex-member of the cabinet, has been appointed minister of posts and telegraphs in place of the previous incumbent, who is a Radical. It is believed that Senor Cane is reBponsible for the cutting off of telegraphic communieation to the interior of the republic.
