Washington, April 3.- The monthly erop bulletin says tliat within six days over a larg-e portion of the country east of the JRocky mountains both the highest and lowest temperatureyet observed during' March were reported. The freezing weather ruined early fruits and vegetables in the southern States. In Missouri wheat and clover were injured. Illinois and Indiana reports are conflicting, fruits being seriously damag-ed if not killed. In West Virginia some wheat and oats frozen. In Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Colorado, Montaaa, New Mexico, Washington, California and Idaho there was no damage, while in lowa. Kansas and Xebraska fruit, is badly injured.
