Notice to C'redltors. STATE OF MICHIGAN, I ss COUNTY OF WASHTENAW, f Notice is hereby given, that by an order of the Probate Court for the Uounty of Waahtenaw, made on the 29tb tlay of Maren, A. D. 18ÍH. si. months from that date were allowed credilors to present their claims aainst the estáte of William Beaeh, late of saideounty, deceased, and tliat all creditors of said decease-d are required to present their claims to said probate court, at the probate office in the city ol Ann Arbor, for examination and ftllowance, on or before the 29th day of September next, and that such claims will be heard before said court, on the 29th day of June and on theÜSth day of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days. Snit pending in the Circuit Court for the County ot Washtenaw, in Chancery. at Ann Arbor, on the 7th day of April, a. d. 1894. In this cause, it appearing from aflidavit on file, that the defendants, The Western Linoleum Company. Charles T. Blanchard. Frank E. Hale, and Wood, Smith & Comp-iny are not residents of this state, but that the said Western Jjinoleum Company resides at Akron in the State of Ohio, that said Charles T. BUinchard and Frank E. Halo reside at Syracuse in the State of New York and that said Wood, Sniith & Company resides at Fort Plain in the State of New York, on motion of Lawrence & Butterfleld, consplainant'a snücitors, it is ordered that the said defendanis, 'I hr Western Linoleum Company, Charles T. Blanchard, Frank Ë. Haieaud W'ood, öiiiiih & Coinpauy eause tht appearanne to be enterfd herein, v. i .in four months from the date of this order, and in case of their or either of their appearance that they respectively cause their answer to the coinp'ainant's bill of complaint to be liled, and a copy tliereof to be served on said complainant's solicitors, within twenty days after service on them of a copy of siid bill, and notice of this order; and that in default thereof, süd bill be taken as confessed by each of the said non-resident defendants who have not complitd with this order. And it is f urther ordered that within twenty days the said complainantcause a notice of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Register, a newspaper printed, published and circulating in said county, and that said publication be continued there at least once in each week, for six weeks in succession, or that paid complainant cause a copy of this order to be personally served on said non-resident defendants at least twenty days before the time prescribed for their appearance.
