In this cause, it appearing from aflidavit on file, that the defendants, The Western Linoleum Company. Charles T. Blanchard. Frank E. Hale, and Wood, Smith & Comp-iny are not residents of this state, but that the said Western Jjinoleum Company resides at Akron in the State of Ohio, that said Charles T. BUinchard and Frank E. Halo reside at Syracuse in the State of New York and that said Wood, Sniith & Company resides at Fort Plain in the State of New York, on motion of Lawrence & Butterfleld, consplainant'a snücitors, it is ordered that the said defendanis, 'I hr Western Linoleum Company, Charles T.
