Kaiser, against the goods and chattels and real estáte of Adolph Hoffstetter, in said connty to me directed and delivered. I didon the 23d dav of Apnl 18Í14 levy upon íind take all the right title and interest of the s-aid Adolph Hoffstetter in and to the folio wing descrilied real estáte, that is to say: That certain piece' or parcel ot lanc! sitúate and being on section twenty nine (29) in township two (2), south ot range six (6) east, State of Michigan, known. boundtd and described ps follows, viz: Beginning in the center of a highway, leadirg westerly, out ot the city of Ann Arbor, known as the Lber White road, three and one-half roiis CiÜ) westerly f rom the south-east corner of six acres, sold by John Allen and wife to James Kingsley, on the first d y of February 1836, and running thence westerly, along said road lour rods; thence north one degree and ntteen minutes, east six chains and ve links; thence north seventy-hve 75) degrees east, parallel to the road iirt -three (33) links or so far that a ourse north two ciinins and eighty (80) inks, will strike the land formerl wned by Jacob Kempf, one chain and ne link westerly of the north-west orner of land formerly owned by George Granville; thence easterly parllel to the roadtosaid Granville corner; henee south three (3) chains to another orner of the said land formerly owned y said Granville; thence westerly arallel to road about thirty-six (36) inks, thence south two (2) degrees and hirty (30) minutes west, six 6) chains and twenty-five links to the place of beginning, being the same land conveved to Daniel Murray by Charles Bleicher bv deed of conveyante, dated he 8 h day of January, 1852 and recorded in the office of ihe résister of deKis, for the county of Washtenaw, in Liber 32, on page 790. Also that certain piece or parcel of land sitúate and being on section twenty-nine (29) in township two (2) south of range six (6) east, State of Michigan, known and bounded and described as follows, viz: Beginning in the enter of the highway leading wes'erly out of the city of Ann Arbor, known as the Eber White road, one chain and eighty seven and onehalf (81 'A) links westerly, along the center of said road trom the south-east corner ot six acres sold by Jonn Alien and wife to James Kingsley, on Februarv lst, 1836 and running thence westerly along said road tour rods: thence north parallel to the east line ef Kingsley's purchase six chains and fifty-five (55) links: thence easterly parallel with the Whiie road sixty-two and one-half (Ü2H) links; thence north two chains and sixtv ((50) links; thenre easterly parallel with the White road, one chain and one link, or half way to George Granville's corner; thence south parallel to the east link of Kingsley 's purchase two chains and eighty (80) links; thence wetterly parallel to the White road thirty-three (33) links or so far that a coürse south, one degree snd iifteen (15) minu es west will strike the place of beginning, and from thence south one degree and flfteen (15) minutes west, six ehains and forty-five (45) link= to the place of beginning. a 1 of which I shall expose for sale at public auction or vendue, to the highest bidder at the south front door of the court house in Ann Arbor in said county on the twenty-third day of June next at nine o'clock in the forenoon, Dated this 24th lay of April 1894.
