Sukey Arrested

Last nignt at a late hour a number of the bondsmen of Mr. Sukey dccided to have him arrested", and roused J ustice Fond from bed and got out a warrant and sent Sheriff Judson after him. Mr. Sukey's friends learned of what was going on and got Justice Gibson up at ! tl.i a. m. and secured two bondsmen, J. R. Miner and Dr. Kapp, Who will pay Y5,000 if Mr. Sukey does not appear before Justice Pond at 9 ■a. ra. today.
