'ss' The twonty-second Judical Circut in C'hancery. Suit pending in the Circuit for the County of Washington in Chancery at Ann Ann Arbor, on the31st day of December 1894, wherein, Augustus L. Webster, trustee, is complainant, and Soottie A. Wood and Mary E Phillips are defendants. In this cause it appcaring from the return of the sheriff of said County of Washtenaw and from am'davit on lile, that said defendants, Scottie A. Wood and Mary E. Phillips, are not residente sf said State of Michigan, but are residents of other States in the United States. Therefore, on motion of Noah W. Cheever, solictor for complainant, it is ordered that said defendants, Scottio A. Wood and Mary E. Phillips, enter their appearance in said cause on or beforo four months from the date of this order, and that within twenty days the complainant cause this order to be published in the Ann Aubou Register, a nevvspaper printed, published and circulating in said County, said publication to be continuad once in each week for six weeks in succossion. Present, J. William Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Claudiub Mansfield, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of George S. Hotrum, administrator e. t. a., praying that he might be licensed to seü the real estáte whereof said deceased died seized. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the 15th day of .Tanuary noxt at 10 o'olock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said potition. and that the devises, legateesiand heirs-at-law of said deseased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are roquired to appear at u sesi()ll of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer ol said petitioner should not be granted : And it is further ordered, that said petioner fcive notice to tbe persona Interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to bo published in the ANN ABBOR REGISTEE a newspaper printed and circulating n said County, three e weeks previous to said day of heaiiny .
