Default having been made in the conoitions of a mortgage executed by Michael Kobison and Diana Robison, his wife to Adah Z. Iteadwell bearing date November 5, A. D. 1889, and recorded in the office of the Itegister of Deeds for Washtenaw County, Michigan, November 5, A. D. 1889 in Líber 73 of Mortgages on page 336, by which default the power of sale contained in said mortgage became operative, and no suit or proceeding in law or equity having been instituted to recover the debt, secured by said mortgage or any part thereof, and the sum of fourteen hundred and ftve dollars and fortyone cents ($1,405.41) being nowclaimed to be due on said mortgage, notice is therrfore hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by sale of the mortgaged remises therein described or some part thereof, to wit : All of the following described land situated in the townshipof Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw and Btate of Michigan, viz: Beginning at the South East corner of the West half of the South East quarter of section No. one, in township No. two, South, in Range No. six East; running thence North on the quarter line to the North East corner of said lot; thence West on the line sixty rods; thence South parallel with the east line to the south line of said section and the Forest road thence East sixty rods on the line to the place of beginning containing sixty acres of land more or less.
