CTATE OF MICHIGAN, I "Coustïof Washtenaw. issIn the matter of the estáte of I dius Mansfield, deceased. Notice is hereby g-iven that in anee of an order granted to the undersigned administrator of th: estáte of said deceased by the Hon. Judge of Probate for the County of Washtenaw, on the 15th day of January, A. D. 1895, there will be sold at public vendue, to the highest bidder, at the late residence of said deceased on the premises below descrlbed in the township of Bridgewater in the County of Wasbtenaw, in said state, on Wednesday the sixth day of March A. D. 1895, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day (subject to all encuinbrances by mortgage or otherwise existing at the time of the death of said deceased, tho following described real estáte to wit : The north half of the south eagt quarter and the north-east córner of the west half of the northeast quarter of section twenty-five (25) and the south half of the north-east quarter of the north-east quarter of section twentyfour (24) all in township of Bridg-ewater in the County of Washtenaw and State f Michigan. Matthews dated tku 22nd day of May 1890 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Washtenaw County, and State of Michigan, in Liber 75 of mortgageson page 150 on which inortgage there is claimed to be due at the date of this notice the sum of one hundred and sixty-five dollars and sixtv cents besidesan attoruey fee of twenty-five dollars pro vid ed for in said mortgage and no suit or proceedings at Law or in Equity having been instituted to recover the amount dus on said mortgage or part then of. Now, therefore, by virtue of the power oí sale contained in said mortgage, and the statue in such case made and provided. The premises described in said mortgage to be sold are as follows: That tract or parcel of land bounded north by the north half of lot number twelve, in Bowers addition, east by lot number eleven, Bowers addition, south by John M.
