Senate. - Pourteenth day. - Senator McLaughlin's joint resolution for a constitutional amendment providing an educational qualifleation for electors was adopted. An effort was made to strike out the word "male" so that women could vote, but it was decided to allow hat issue to come up separately. Another of Senator McLaughlins resolutions was also adopted. changing the form of oath to be adninistered to electors cballenged at the polls to make it conform with the new hve-year residence clause for foreign born citizens.
