Present, J. WILLIARD BABBITT, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Edward Treadwell, deceased. On reading and tiling the petition, duly verified, of Adah Z. Treadwell praying that a certain instrument now on lile in this Court, purporting to be the last will ani testament of said deceased may be admitted to probate and that administration of said estáte may be grauted to David Rinsey the executor, in said will named or to some other suitable person.
