Uefault having been made in the conditions of a ceftain mortgage horetofore executed and given by Sarah E. Calvert to Jeasie I'. Hunt, dated the 18th day of Jtily 1887, and recorded in the oftïce of the Hegister of Deeds in and for Washtenaw County, Michigan, Jnly.23, 1887, in Liber 72 of mortgages on pasre 209, which said mortgage was, on the ïsth day of July 1889, duly assigned by said Jessie P. Hunt to Leonbard Gruner, whii'h said assignment was recorded, in said Register Office on the lOth day of April 1895 in L,iber 12th of assignments of mortgages on page 156 upon which said mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date of tliis notice, for principal interest and attorney's fee as' provlded for in said mortgage the sum of six hundred and ninety and sixty-one and one-hundreds dollars. That by said default, the power of sale contained in said mortgage has become operative, and no proceedings at law having been insituted to recover the debt secured by said mortgage.
