Kempf-Bilbie Recital
The piano and violin Recital g-i ven by the pupils of R. H. Kempf, piano, and E. L. Bilbie, violin, at the Unitarian churcta Wednesday eveninL, was a delightfull as well as an artistic success. Carnpositions by Beethoven, Mozart, Schubert, Chopin, Kuhlan, Kullak, Boccherini, Moret, Koelling, Papini were renilered in a faultless manner, and reilected great credit upon pupils and teachers. The church was crowded with an appreciative audience. Graduation exercisea were held at St. Thomas school Tuesday evening. The following are the frraduates : Misses May Clarken, Lizzie Fitchel, Victoria Pohéy, Clara O'Hoarn and Gertrude Kress; Four of the young ladies will enter the University.
