Tampa, Fia., June 25.- Advlces by steamer from Havana are that all the artillery possessed by the Spanlsh torces In the eastern department have fallen into the hands of General Antonio Maceo. June 19 an entire battalion of volunteers deserted to the insurgents, wlth all thelr officers, exceptlng the colonel. The only remaining; company of artillery left Havana June 21 for Matabano, and no regular troops now remaln in Havana.
